Reproductive
Exploitation: What Is It?
When perfectly loving
and able parents are forced or coerced into surrendering
their children by an industry that makes $1.4 billion dollars
per year from it, this is exploitation.
NATURAL
PARENTS ARE FORCED TO SURRENDER THEIR CHILDREN TO ADOPTION:
- by parents, family,
unscrupulous lawyers, social workers; and by lack-of-support from
the state, natural fathers, and family members.
- immediately upon
birth. Few expectant mothers are aware of the strength of
the love for their newborn baby that they will experience in the
days following birth or how birth will change their lives.
No first-time mother should be forced, pressured, or coerced to
surrender her baby during this vital post-partum period.
NATURAL
PARENTS ARE COERCED INTO SURRENDERING THEIR CHILDREN:
- by the adoption-industry
(lawyers, social workers, agencies, "facilitators").
- by adopters who
have paid the mother-to-be's living expenses or provided her
with a place to stay. Even if adopters have done this,
they are NOT owed a baby in return!
NATURAL
PARENTS ARE LIED TO:
- by lawyers, social
workers, agencies, and "facilitators." These so-called
"experts" intentionally withhold information from the mother
about the consequences of losing her baby: depression,
grief, and impact on her life and her baby's life. In
many cases, the mother's and father's legal rights are ignored,
denied, or not explained to them.
- by lawyers, social
workers, agencies, and "facilitators" who are more interested
in obtaining babies than they were in providing the truth.
- by adopters who
promise continued birthparent contact with the child, and then
withdraw this later on.
- by social workers,
facilitators and agencies who convince single parents that a
two-parent family is necessary.
ADOPTION
IS BIG BUSINESS: $1.4 BILLION DOLLARS ANNUALLY IN THE U.S.
ALONE. KEEPING WOMEN UN-INFORMED IS PART OF THE INDUSTRY'S
MODUS-OPERANDI.

Young
and unmarried natural mothers are seen as "baby-production
units" by the Adoption Industry. Industry members
(social workers, lawyers, agencies, etc.) and customers
(potential adoptors) call us "BREEDERS," "BIRTHERS," and
"INCUBATORS."

How
do we know this? Because we are MOTHERS who were lied
to, coerced, and forced into surrendering our babies.
Read some of our personal experiences for evidence of how this
system worked, and how it is STILL working.
